Dr. Shafeek S is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and higher education professional with extensive experience in academic administration, institutional development, teaching, research, and strategic leadership in India and abroad. He holds a PhD in Management, along with an MBA and other postgraduate and professional qualifications, and is a UGC-NET qualified academician. His academic and research interests encompass Human Resource Management, personalized learning, employee career development, retention, research methodology, and contemporary management practices.

His international professional experience includes working under the Ministry of Education, Maldives, as well as serving as a Financial Manager in Saudi Arabia, providing him with valuable exposure to diverse educational, administrative, and organizational environments. These experiences have strengthened his expertise in leadership, strategic planning, financial administration, people management, and organizational development.

In India, Dr. Shafeek has served in higher education institutions affiliated with the University of Calicut, where he has contributed to academic planning, quality enhancement, faculty development, student-centered initiatives, institutional administration, and the development of effective educational practices.
